Can you help me live more independently?
Supported Independent Living
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is funded support with everyday tasks in a shared or individual home.
NDIS support across Tasmania
Real support from real people, in your home, out in the community, and at our Day Support Centre in Launceston. The kind of help that fits around your life, not the other way round.
We currently support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across Tasmania.

About us
First Class Support Services is a local Tasmanian team offering personalised disability support for NDIS participants. We take the time to get to know each person: their goals, their routines, and the things that make them happy.
Our focus is helping people build independence, confidence and real friendships, whether that’s at home, out in the community, or at our Day Support Centre.
More about us

Our Day Support Centre
Our Day Support Centre is a warm, welcoming space where people come together for activities, real friendships and hands-on skill building, at a pace that suits everyone.
Why choose us
We’re part of the same Tasmanian community we support, and it shows in the way we work.
People who know Tasmania, know your community, and know the places that matter to you.
Support that flexes around your routine, your plan and your changing needs, not the other way round.
We start with you: your goals, your strengths, and the life you actually want to live.
Caring, capable support workers who turn up, build trust, and genuinely listen.
We help you build genuine connections and take part fully in community life, not just watch from the sidelines.
Questions people actually ask
Not at all. We support NDIS participants right across Tasmania, not just Launceston. Get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible where you live.
We aim for consistency wherever we can. Getting to know someone, and having them get to know you, is a big part of how we work.
Yes. We currently support both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. If you're NDIA-managed, reach out and we can talk through what's possible.
Support should fit around your goals, your routines and the things that matter to you, not the other way round. That's the starting point for every conversation we have.
We usually get back to you within one business day to talk through what you're after and what a next step could look like. No pressure, just a conversation.
Send an enquiry or drop us an email, whichever feels easiest. There's no obligation, and no need to have everything figured out before you reach out.
Enquire about supports
Whether you’re a participant, family member, guardian, support coordinator or plan manager, send us a few details and we’ll be in touch soon.
